Late cancellations and no-show appointments are charged a 50% fee if not cancelled with 48 hours notice.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you are able to schedule another appointment within the same week.
For your convenience, you may schedule a phone appointment or a SKYPE Video appointment in lieu of an office visit in order to avoid a cancellation fee, as well.
If you are ill or have an unexpected emergency, your cancellations should be delivered by phone to my professional line as soon as possible, and not by e-mail or text: 661 458-8006. As an accommodation, your cancellation fee will be waived if you make arrangements for a phone, SKYPE, or are able to reschedule another office visit within the same week (subject to availability).
